1. Overview

This website is operated by GEM Printed. By purchasing the Hex-Dock or any other product from this store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Intended Use & Safety Warning

  • Not for Life-Safety: The Hex-Dock is a tool organization accessory designed for carrying manual Allen wrenches and hand tools. It is NOT a load-bearing device, a climbing accessory, or a piece of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Industrial Safety: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the use of a belt-mounted tool holder complies with their specific workplace safety regulations. GEM Printed is not responsible for accidents caused by tools catching on machinery or moving parts.

  • Material Limits: While our products are made from high-strength PETG, they are not indestructible. Users should inspect the Hex-Dock regularly for signs of fatigue or stress.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEM Printed (and its owner, Glenn M) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage to clothing, belts, or personal property.

  • Damage to tools being held in the Hex-Dock.

  • Personal injury resulting from the misuse or failure of the product.

  • Loss of tools due to improper docking or extreme physical activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, including the Hex-Dock geometry, the GEM Printed logo, and the modular dovetail interface, are the intellectual property of GEM Printed. Purchase of a physical product does not grant a license to scan, replicate, or reverse-engineer the design for commercial or private redistribution.

5. Accuracy of Technical Data

We strive for "surgical" precision in our technical descriptions. However, due to the nature of 3D printing and material variances in third-party tools (e.g., different Allen wrench brands), slight deviations in fitment may occur. We reserve the right to modify product geometry at any time to improve performance without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
