Custom 3D Printing & File Requests

Upload your model, drawing, or project details for a custom 3D printing quote. GEM Printed reviews each request for printability, material fit, and turnaround before sending a quote or Shopify invoice.

What We Print

Customer-Supplied Models

Send STL, 3MF, or ZIP files for review. Decorative prints, practical parts, and simple custom pieces are welcome.

Shop & Tool Parts

Tool organizers, docks, holders, brackets, replacement plastic parts, and small workflow accessories.

Reference-Based Requests

Photos, sketches, PDFs, and measurements can help explain what you need when a model file is not enough.

Materials & Expectations

PETG is the default recommendation for durable parts, everyday use, and shop environments. PLA may be available for decorative pieces or color-specific requests when material is in stock.

  • Quotes depend on file geometry, size, material, quantity, and finish expectations.
  • Production begins after quote approval and payment through Shopify invoice.
  • Uploaded files are treated as untrusted until reviewed and may be rejected if unsafe, corrupted, or outside print guidelines.

Before You Submit

Include the quantity, preferred color, rough size, where the part will be used, and any deadline or desired turnaround. More detail up front makes quoting faster.

Request form

Submit Your Project
