Returns & Quality Guarantee
At GEM Printed, we provide industrial-grade tool solutions for high-performance environments. Because our products are precision-manufactured to order using high-durability PETG, our return policy is governed by the following strict criteria:
1. The 14-Day Inspection Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect the Hex-Dock for manufacturing defects or fitment issues. After this 14-day window, all sales are final, and the product is considered accepted by the buyer.
2. Custom & Branded Orders (Non-Returnable)

Custom Logo/Branded Units: Any Hex-Dock featuring custom logos, text, or bespoke branding is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exception: We will replace custom units only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., structural layer delamination) or a shipping error on our part.
3. Eligibility for Standard Returns
For non-customized "Base Model" items to be eligible for a return:

The item must be in original, unused condition.

The mounting dovetails and belt clips must show no signs of wear, stress marks, or installation damage.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
4. Manufacturing Defects & Material Integrity
We guarantee the structural integrity of our industrial PETG prints.

What we cover: Layer separation (delamination), failed internal geometry, or structural snapping under intended professional use.

What we don't cover: Damage resulting from "torture testing," intentional misuse, or modifications made by the user.

Fitment: If the Hex-Dock does not fit the specific tool brand/size advertised, please provide a photo or measurement. If our tolerances are found to be out of spec, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service; GEM Printed is not liable for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee: All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover material processing and quality re-inspection.

Original Shipping: Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not ship items back without prior authorization. To begin the process, contact info@gemprinted.com with the following:
